  • No. We’ve designed custom residences for a wide range of sites, from city infill lots, to suburban parcels, to overlooked plots of desert, to mountainside perches. Good design has the potential to elevate the characteristics of any site.

    If you don’t yet have a lot, we can work with you to identify a property that has potential.

    Our design process is a dialogue with our clients to maximize each property’s potential and connect the architecture of the home with its surroundings.

  • Yes. We’ve designed projects in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley. Outside of Arizona, we’re currently designing a home in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We also have experience working in San Francisco, Napa, and Sonoma, California, as well as Vancouver, British Columbia.

    We’re currently licensed in Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico with the ability to expand our licensure to any jurisdiction in North America.

    We work with many of our clients remotely using online tools like Zoom, Dropbox, and Conceptboard. A number of our Tucson clients are transplants from other states who did not reside full time in the city during the design process.

    We regularly travel to meet with clients who live outside of Arizona.
